The Every Day Carry Belt

Casual, Practical and Tactical – Our Every Day Carry "EDC" Belt is built to excel in both tactical and casual environments.  While the belt is flexible enough to remain comfortable when wearing jeans or cargo pants, it’s rigid enough to efficiently distribute the weight of a concealed pistol, mag pouches, med kits or other equipment.  Each belt is built with dual layers of webbing, triple stitched for rigidity, over an inner layer of “scuba” webbing.  Additionally, we only use genuine 1.5 inch COBRA buckles by AUSTRIALPIN. To insert and remove the belt from your pants, simply unthread the webbing from the buckle and proceed as normal.  Unlike many “tactical” belts, the EDC belt does away with unnecessary webbing overlapping webbing, thereby reducing bulk and optimizing concealed carry.  Our belt sizes correspond with true pants size, so choose a belt size that places your pants size in the middle of its adjustment range and order with confidence.  Our EDC Belts are covered by our “LIFE HAPPENS” Belt policy which can be found in the tabs section of the home page.

Our sizing chart is based on your pants size, so no need to break out a tape measure!  Each of our belt sizes accommodates four waist sizes and I recommend you shoot for a belt that would place your waist size in the middle of that size belt.  For example, if you are a 40" then the NQ3 is likely best for you.  That said, please feel free to call me directly if you have any questions:

Small fits 28" - 32"

NQ1 fits 30" - 34"

Medium fits 32" - 36"

NQ2 fits 34" - 38"

Large fits 36" - 40"

NQ3 fits 38" - 42"

XL fits 40" - 44"

XXL fits 44" - 48" (add $2.00)

XXXL fits 48" - 52" (add $3.00)

Our "Life Happens" Belt Policy for our EDC Belts:

You gain or lose weight; velcro isn't as "sticky" after being used for a couple of years; your new job requires a different color work belt... yup, we get it, "Life Happens."  As a result we offer the following policy for our EDC belt customers:  Over the life of your purchase, should you need a new size or color belt, simply return your original belt and we'll make you a new one for $65 (includes shipping).

There is one and only rule to follow - You have to return/send me the whole belt:

I don't care if someone "gifted" you the belt, you found it for sale somewhere online or you took it off a frozen guy during an epic Jeremiah Johnson type adventure, etc... None of that matters to me as long as it is a complete EDC belt that we made.  However, it has to be the complete belt, period, no exceptions.  I will not accept just the Cobra Buckle as that isn't really proof that you had one of my belts now, is it?

How to take advantage:

Here it is in a nutshell - send me an FYI email stating that you are sending me the belt and include any details or questions you would like.  This email is where/how I will send you the invoice.  Then, simply send me your belt along with your shipping info plus the size/color of your new belt.  Once I receive your belt I'll email you an invoice for $65 (includes shipping), which you can pay via credit card, debit card or PP account.  I'll then add your requested belt to the work order process and get it done.  Once we've completed sewing I'll print your shipping label which triggers an automated "here is your tracking info" type of email letting you know your new belt is completed and on its way to you!  As always, please feel free to call with questions or comments.

*  See our video links near the bottom of this page for more info on the EDC Belt plus additional ideas on how you can use yours.

**  Lead times for the EDC, SHERPA or EDC-P belts are 1-2 weeks.  If you also ordered other items with a longer lead time, I will call you to discuss options.

***  Please see the "Custom Options" tab for additional images of colors, patterns and webbing.

****  All of our materials have been specifically chosen for longevity, durability and extreme quality. Additionally, I apply a rule of three: It must be either Mil-Spec, Made in the USA or Berry Compliant. As such, we use genuine Cordura Brand 500dn nylon; Velcro brand hook and loop; ITW Nexus plastics, DOT Fasteners and Mil-Spec webbing, binding tape and threads. All of these materials are designed to resist abrasion, wear and rot in order to provide a lifetime of service. Hand-Crafted, High-Quality, Heirloom gear as unique as your fingerprint. Period.

    EDC Belt 1.5 Inch

Posted by Randolph Peukert on Sep 13th 2022

Great EDC belt! Super tough and built to last a lifetime of hard use. Looks great as well. Easily handles a Glock 19 with spare mag. In addition to wearing a belt knife. I highly recommend the EDC belt!

    EDC BELT

Posted by Tim on Feb 1st 2021

Spoke to Mark on the phone regarding sizing and buckle differences. Mark was a big help and quite the character. Enjoyed our talk. The belt is of excellent quality and craftsmanship. Love the Cobra buckle and the ranger green color. Shipping was fast as I got it ordered right before a batch of belts were being shipped out. I wear it daily with a glock 19 in a Blackhawk paddle holster and it supports the gun with no problem. Thanks Mark I’ll get with you when I’m ready for another color.

Mark and CLS did it again !!!

Posted by Ken on Nov 19th 2020

What did they do you ask ? Hit it out of the park as usual I’d say . This belt has had so much real world , down range thought put into it . From the material used , to the Buckle , to the Construction this belt is everything you could ask for and more. Attention to detail and care can be seen in all aspects of construction. It wears as a belt of this caliber should and will supports my OWB large frame semi as if it’s not even there. Again , Thank You Mark , and your team for another on point product.

    Outstanding belt

Posted by VINCENT LASORSA on Oct 11th 2020

If you work outside this is the belt you need. Working for the DEP I spend most of my time in forest management and take care of over half dozen state parks. I ordered the EDC belt in black with orange stitching and it matches my STIHL chain saws. Very sturdy and functional. I hang my work gear from it using the CLS belt keepers. The belt supports the weight. I’ve used this belt on various pants from Deluth, Carhardtt, Dickies and tractor supply and with the same result - my pants stay put and don’t slide down outstanding belt order one for yourself today.

    Excellent quality and service

Posted by Benjamin on Aug 8th 2020

Easily the best belt I own. One of my favorite things about it is that you can get the perfect fit no matter what. Cant beat handmade American products. Not to mention their customer service is amazing. It did take a few weeks to come in, but its well worth the wait. Not to mention they emailed me to let me know what was up after about 2 weeks. These belts are all custom made to order, and the quality reflects that. I'd buy it again without a second thought.

    Best Belt Ever!

Posted by Ralph on May 14th 2020

This belt is by far the best belt I have ever used. The COBRA buckles are great, as you know if you ever used one, but the belt itself has the perfect balance of rigidity and softness. Definitely ridged enough to mount a knife, flashlight or IWB holster, but its really comfortable and does not feel like you have a shooting belt on. And the Black Multi-cam is awesome... It goes with everything. Love these belts... I have 2 want a 3rd... I've lost some weight so I'm going to take advantage of the "life Happens" policy and I'm thrilled that is an option. I'll be a customer for life.

    American Quality

Posted by Adam on Apr 18th 2020

Go ahead, make the investment. This is a high quality american made belt comprised of expensive components that will last a lifetime. My only mistake was that I ordered a belt that was slightly too large...rather than returning the belt for another, I purchased a second one. These make great gifts and I have committed to using this belt exclusively for every-day wear. Rigid enough to hold heavy items upright yet comfortable enough to forget you have it on.

    Very Nice Product

Posted by Stu on Sep 22nd 2019

After a week, can say that I really like the fit and strength of the belt works and fits perfectly. Thinner than a strong leather belt, which is great for me since I drive a lot an thick belts will dig into my lower back. Go to every day belt, one khaki, one black, set for quite a while.
