We offer Hand-Crafted products proudly made in the U.S.A. from Mil-spec, Berry compliant materials and based on decades of personal experience using "gear" in extremely rugged conditions.  As a Customized and Built To Order company, we take great pride in the thought and craftsmanship behind each piece of gear that goes out the door.


While we try our best to complete and ship orders within
four weeks, "Quality over Quantity" means please plan ahead as your order may take longer to fulfill based on multiple factors.  Please call or email ahead of time if you have any questions/comments and I'll do my best to assist.  Our current lead times are 10-12 weeks (excluding belts which we can make and ship within 1-2 weeks).



Most international customers can order directly from the website.  However, your initial shipping charge is based on shipping within the U.S.A.  Given the variances in international shipping, I will call and/or send you an email detailing shipping options and costs.  Once you let me know your option, I will then send you an additional invoice to cover the remainder of your shipping costs just prior to shipping your order. 

If you are an international customer and receive an "out of zone" response when you attempt to order, then please send me an email that includes, at a minimum, your country of origin and the type/number of products you wish to purchase.  I will respond to your email with a break down of your total shipping/product costs and request your complete shipping info at that time.  Payment for all international orders is via a PP invoice which you can pay via credit card, debit card or PP account.  I will send you the invoice once all the details have been worked out.  Please see the "Contact Us" page or simply email mark@center-line-systems.com with your information/request.


Unfortunately, you are going to hear from me a couple of times, lol.  I call and/or email all customers when we are 1 month out as a kind of "I haven't forgotten about you" type of courtesy call, and to see if you have any questions.  Additionally, I will call/email you again 1-2 days prior to the start of the work order that contains your individual order.  This is done to confirm your order, adjust for any changes to your order, let you know your order will soon ship and just say thanks for being awesome.  Finally, once we've completed sewing your product I print your shipping label which triggers an automated "here is your tracking info" type of email letting you know your gear is on the way!  That said, feel free to contact me directly with any questions or concerns.
