The Padded Strap Wrap
A quart of water weighs approximately 2 lbs... doesn't seem like much until you start adding all kinds of additional gear. While designed as “minimalist” carry systems, when fully loaded with water, containers and other gear, the MCC and GCC can start to get heavy. The Padded Strap Wrap (PSW) works in conjunction with the shoulder strap provided with the MCC, GCC and SCOUT by wrapping around those straps, thereby increasing surface area while providing generous padding. The design of the PSW creates an inner pocket that can store a variety of small items such as cordage, compact fire kits or whatever your imagination can come up with. The PSW measures 21” in length and will accommodate straps up to 1.5” wide.

As such, we use genuine Cordura Brand 500dn nylon; Velcro brand hook and loop; ITW Nexus plastics, DOT Fasteners and Mil-Spec webbing, binding tape and threads. Very comfy!
Great quality of product, very comfortable. I love that its reversible, and the pads are super comfy. I bought 2 of these for my Y-Harness, but when I'm not using that, I use one of the pads for my bed roll straps.

Padded strap
This is a great addition to your cover. I've added about 20 ft of 550 under the strap, so having a little extra storage space is nice. It's easy to load this thing and the cover up with so much stuff you might as well take a daypack, so police yourself. The strap itself does what it's advertised to do: it pads the shoulder strap. It does make a difference if you're out humping it all day and the additional webbing is handy for attaching gloves and stuff but again, police yourself. All in all, I'm very happy with it and would certainly recommend and would buy again.

What a way to make a great product better! My mother canteen carrier is one of my favorite pieces of kit, and now it's better. With just a little bit of padding I can tell this will really add to the comfort of this product. It goes with out saying that the quality is top notch on everything you buy from CLS. The only thing better than their quality is the customer service. Within two minutes of placing my order the owner called me to ask a question. He wanted to be sure he had my order right and we even had some time to chat. That's service!! I would safely say any product they make is top quality and worth every penny. I'm certainly not done buying yet.

A must have, if you own a mother.
Not that the regular strap is not comfortable, this just makes it more so. The extra space it provides and now the molle across the entire top of the strap. Perfect. More attachment points on an already comfortable attachment. You can't go wrong.

You need this
I ordered this with my mother and thought I may or may not need it. It is worth it. No matter what you pack this will make it comfortable all day. I added a compass pouch to increase its versatility. I watched the video after messing with it a few days and got a lot of great ideas for it. You can really pack some cordage in there. Highly recommended.

1st Class Canteen and Mess Kit and Padded strap and G2 roll
I am really impressed with the construction quality in Centerline products. I live in Houston and drive to Dallas regularly to see my grand kids. I use this as what I call an emergency walking bag in case my truck breaks down. I travel back roads and sometime I don't see cars very often. Perfect for the purpose and I am very proud to have the system. Looking forward to more Centerline products.

Padded Strap Wrap
My Mother Canteen Carrier is crammed with stuff including the attached G-2 Gear Roll and the Folding Saw Pouch. I'm a big guy who is over 6 feet and about 275 pounds. I needed this additional accessory to compliment the whole package and to be able to handle the extra weight. This Padded Strap Wrap is built with the same attention to detail as all the rest of the stuff from Center Line Systems. The fit and finish is something that only an American company is willing to give you these days.

Center Line Systems have such innovative ideas and designs and the padded Strap Wrap is one of them. I bought one as a great way to extend the functionality of my Scout Bottle Carrier... I tuck a bandana inside the strap... velcro is super strong.... nicely done CLS!!!

Strap Wrap!
I really like my strap wrap! I had gotten it recently with a new shoulder strap so for a Mother Canteen Carrier in Multicam. It does make a big difference when you're carrying water on long walks or those camping trips! Well worth the money.
