The "Big Boy" Folding Saw Pouch
The "Big Boy" Folding Saw Pouch, "BBFSP," was developed to accommodate larger folding saws like the Silky Big Boy 2000, SVEN Saw and other saws or items measuring up to 16”X4”X2”. Like the FSP, the BBFSP incorporates a pass-through rear channel that allows it to be threaded into belts and straps or to hold the handle of an axe or hatchet. The rear of the pouch also includes an integral MOLLE strap for attachment to other MOLLE platforms or to serve as a belt channel. A cargo strap with an adjustable side release side buckle is included with the BBFSP to allow it to be strapped to your thigh when being carried vertically on the belt. The front of the BBFSP includes 3 rows of MOLLE webbing to accommodate attaching accessories.

Well-made
This is a simple, well-excecuted piece of gear. It is designed to carry a folding saw, and an axe, and it does this well. This is not some "multi-function, tacti-cool" rubbish. This is purpose made for working tools.. It is obvious that this maker takes pride in his work.

Perfect Size
Like most pouches from other manufacturers - you'd think it would take a bit of effort to mold the pouch to fit the saw or it would be a little too small or a little too big. I can tell you that it is a PERFECT fit for the Silky Big Boy. It is extremely well make and is low profile enough to strap it to the side of my pack and still be out of the way. Like every other product I've had from CenterLine - it's just perfect. You could always find a cheaper ouch but when it dies you'll be back here to buy the best once and have it for life.
