Terms of Service

We offer Hand-Crafted products proudly made in the U.S.A. from Mil-spec, Berry compliant materials and based on decades of personal experience using "gear" in extremely rugged conditions.

As a Customized and Built To Order company, we take great pride in the thought and craftsmanship behind each piece of gear that goes out the door.

"Quality over Quantity" means please plan ahead.  If you want it tomorrow, there are plenty of cheap, poorly made items to be found on that giant online store named after a legendary tribe of female warriors.  We, however, believe in high quality, hand-made products as unique as your fingerprint.

Please call or email ahead of time if you have any questions/comments and I'll do my best to assist.  Our current lead times are approximately 6-8 weeks (excluding belts which we can make and ship within 1-2 weeks).

MY COMMUNICATIONS PLEDGE TO YOU:

Unfortunately, you are going to hear from me a couple of times, lol.  I call and/or email all customers when we are approximately 1 month out as a kind of "I haven't forgotten about you" type of courtesy call and to see if you have any questions.  Additionally, I will call/email you again 1-2 days prior to the start of the work order that contains your individual order.  This is done to confirm your order, adjust for any changes to your order, let you know your order will soon ship and just say thanks for being awesome.  Finally, once we've completed sewing your product I print your shipping label which triggers an automated "here is your tracking info" type of email letting you know your gear is on the way!  That said, feel free to contact me directly with any questions or concerns.

WARRANTY and RETURNS:

This is about as basic a no-nonsense system I think you can find.  If a product somehow breaks or rips during "normal" use, I will fix or replace it, period.  For all of those occupational / "sh** happens" hazards associated with active lifestyles, feats of daring, battles against evil or other equally kick ass activities, we will work it out.  However, if you intentionally cut or modify webbing, run it over with a tank, shoot it or feed it to your dog kind of disasters... sorry, that's on you.

For example, if you order a large EDC Belt, size 36"-40", but upon receipt and before wearing for a week, you realize that a medium, size 32"-36" would be a better fit, just contact me and we will exchange.  In contrast, here are some real examples of what doesn't count as normal: you intentionally cut the webbing on an MCC and now a strap is too short - you don't get a free MCC.  You loose/gain weight four months after purchasing an EDC Belt - good or bad on you, but you don't get a free belt - though you could take advantage of our "Life Happens" belt policy...  You smashed a side release buckle between two heavy/rigid surfaces that would have shattered a lesser person's bones - well, that I can fix (you pay shipping), but you still don't get a free product.  As always, please feel free to contact me at anytime should you have any questions.

Thanks,

Mark Laine
